Why Elah

Precision against mass.

The companies we serve face giants. We do not offer a bigger army. We offer a decision, a tool mastered, and the same hand from the first meeting to production.

Elah is a valley in Judea. Two armies faced each other there, frozen, for forty days. A shepherd walked down into the valley, refused the armour he was offered because it was not made for him, and won with a tool nobody took seriously.

The companies we serve face giants: better-funded competitors, firms that bill armies of consultants, vendors that take eighteen months to ship. We offer the other way: a sound decision, a new tool mastered, and execution that goes straight to the point.

In the valley, precision beat mass, and those who designed the move were those who carried it out. That is what we do: advise and build, with the same hand.

Elah is the name of a valley. It is also a way of fighting.

Twelve objections, answered

Who are you, and how many?

A house, not a person: we sign our mandates and we run what we build. What matters to you is written in the Ten Days mandate: who is present, on which days, and what you receive.

Show me a client.

We name no client, by contract and by principle: what we build for a company enters no catalogue, and that will be true for you too. Try the demonstration, read the security page, then request a Ten Days mandate: on day 10 you will have watched a prototype run on your data.

Ten months for twenty-five systems is impossible.

That is what the figures on our home page say, with their date, and it is all they say: no names, no details. The only way to check is to put us to the test for ten days.

A firm that builds is not neutral.

The day 10 memo may conclude do not build; it costs the same, and we track how many mandates end that way. A firm that sells a report is not more neutral: it simply takes less risk.

Where does my data go?

During the mandate it stays in your systems or in a dedicated environment; no data leaves the country you operate in. The security page lists our processors and what each one sees.

My teams already use AI.

Yes, each on their own, and that is the problem: use without a decision changes nothing in the accounts. Ten Days exist to decide what the company does with it, and then to watch it run.

What does it cost?

A fixed price, written into the mandate before we start and known from the first conversation. We do not publish prices: a mandate is priced on your subject, not on a grid.

And if it does not work?

The prototype runs on a real sample of your data, not on a demo: if it does not hold, the memo says so and no build plan is proposed. You will have lost ten days, not six months.

Who runs it afterwards?

We do, for the first three months of any build; then you or we do, by subscription, as written in the build plan. A system without an operator is not delivered.

Why not a freelancer?

A freelancer does one thing well; a leadership decision requires strategy, engineering, security and operation under one responsibility. We sign all four.

Why not a large firm?

It will hand you a report, often an excellent one, that someone else will have to build eighteen months later. With us, the recommendation and the system come from the same hand, and the system already exists on day 10 as a prototype.

Will you sell what you build for me to my competitor?

No: the deliverables are yours once paid in full; they are not published, not reused, not cited, and your data never serves another client. What remains ours are our generic tools, and that is written in the contract.

Put us to the test

Ten working days, one subject, a prototype on your data. The rest is a conversation.
