Privacy policy
01Who is responsible
The controller of the data collected on this site is Elah, identified in the legal notice above. Every question about your data is answered at hello@elahadvisory.ai.
02What we collect and why
The contact form collects your name, e-mail, company, country and subject, so that we can answer you. Nothing else is asked.
The demonstration receives the description you type. It is sent to the model, the three tracks are returned to your screen, and nothing is kept unless you tick the box to receive the tracks by e-mail. In that case your e-mail and the tracks are recorded as a contact request, with the time of your consent.
Technical logs record a hashed version of your address, the cost and duration of each call to the model, and whether the filter refused the input. They contain no text you typed.
Audience measurement counts pages, languages and a few events, such as a click on Ten Days or a form sent, without cookies and without identifying you.
03Legal bases
The contact form and the e-mail option of the demonstration rest on your consent, given by ticking the box. Technical logs and audience measurement rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and safe; they do not identify you.
04Who receives your data
The house, to answer you. And the processors we rely on, each bound by a contract: Vercel Inc. for hosting and server functions; Neon Inc. for the database; Anthropic for the model behind the demonstration and the Signals, without retention for training; a transactional e-mail provider for acknowledgements. Audience measurement is done by the site itself, with no outside provider. We sell nothing and share nothing with anyone else.
05Transfers outside the European Union
Data is hosted in the European Union. Some processors are established in the United States; transfers to them rest on standard contractual clauses and, where the provider is certified, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. People of the house may access the data from Israel, a country the European Commission recognises as adequate (Decision 2011/61/EU).
06How long we keep it
Contact requests, including tracks sent by e-mail, are kept for twenty-four months after our last exchange, then deleted. Technical logs are kept for thirty days. Audience measurement holds no personal data.
07Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correct it, have it erased, object to its processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@elahadvisory.ai; we answer within thirty days.
You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority: the CNIL in France, the AEPD in Spain.
08Cookies and audience measurement
This site sets no third-party cookie and shows no consent banner because none is needed. Your language choice is remembered in your browser only. Audience measurement is done by the site itself, in the European Union, and does not identify visitors.
