Strategy that ends in production.

Elah is a house of AI strategy and engineering. We decide with the leader what the company does with AI, we build the systems that carry that decision, and we run them. It starts with Ten Days.

Try it before you read

Describe your business. Get three mandate tracks in under a minute.

Two lines are enough: what your company does, and the one thing that costs you time every week. We return three tracks, each with the problem, what a system would do, and an order of magnitude for the timeframe.

These tracks are produced by an AI. They are a starting point, not a diagnosis.

You are interacting with an AI system. Nothing is kept without your consent.

Manifesto

Consulting stops at the report. We do not.

For twenty years a company has bought its strategy from a firm and its technology from a vendor. Between the two, the decision gets lost: the report is filed, the tool is installed, and the quote someone drafted with ChatGPT is still typed by hand into the ERP, as before.

A report does not execute itself. A vendor does not decide for you. An integrator does not learn your trade fast enough. Each does its part well, and the missing part is always the same: connecting the decision to what actually runs.

We put both crafts under one roof, with one simple discipline: we only write a recommendation we know how to build, and we only build what answers a decision taken with you.

Strategy is finished only when it runs in production.

Four movements

Advise. Innovate. Produce. Iterate.

Four movements, chained without a break, under one responsibility. Yours is the decision; ours is everything that follows it.

  1. Advise

We enter through the leadership. Market, model, priorities, what AI changes for you and what it does not. The deliverable is a decision, with the numbers behind it.

  2. Innovate

The decision becomes an architecture: agents, models, protocols, interfaces, data, security. A dossier drawn to be built, not to be presented.

  3. Produce

The dossier becomes a system in production, tested, secured, documented. You watch it run batch by batch, every week, on your data.

  4. Iterate

A living system is measured by its use. We observe, we adjust, we release again. Each cycle brings the tool closer to the business, and the business closer to its strategy.

It starts with this

Ten Days.

One subject, ten working days, three meetings with you. On day 10 you hold a documented decision and you have watched a prototype run on your own data.

  • A four-page decision memo: the decision, the numbers, the risks, what we do not do.
  • A prototype that runs on a real sample of your data, not on a slide.
  • A build plan with scope, timeframe and a fixed price, ready to sign or to file.
  • A memo that may conclude: do not build. It costs the same, and it happens.

What we build for a client belongs to the client and enters no catalogue. These figures are all we will ever show.

We show. We do not explain.

Security

Frameworks we follow, the threat model, what happens to your data, compliance by country, how to report a vulnerability. Written for a CIO.

Why Elah

Precision against mass.

Elah is a valley. Two armies stood frozen there for forty days until a shepherd walked down with a tool nobody took seriously. The one who designed the move was the one who carried it out. That is how we work.
