Five principles
We start with a decision
Not with a tool, not with a use case. A leader's decision, written down with its numbers, is the only thing worth building on.
We only write what we can build
A recommendation we could not build ourselves does not leave the house. That is the discipline that keeps the memo honest.
We show, we do not explain
A demonstration that runs, dated figures, a public security page. How we produce is our business; what runs is yours to check.
We say no
To a subject too wide, to a leader who delegates the decision, to a build the data does not justify. A house that cannot say no cannot be trusted when it says yes.
We speak as a house
No names, no portraits, no headcount in either direction. The house signs, the house answers, the house is accountable.
Four responsibilities we take
We sign our mandates
Scope, dates, deliverables and price are written before we start. What is written is what is delivered.
We run what we build
The first three months of operation are included in every build. A system without an operator is not delivered.
We say do not build when that is the answer
The Ten Days memo may conclude against building. It costs the same, and we keep count of how often it happens.
We answer after the restitution
Day 10 is not an exit. The questions that come a week later are part of the mandate.
Exclusivity
What we build for a client belongs to the client and enters no catalogue. We do not publish it, we do not reuse it for anyone else, we do not cite it, with or without permission. Our generic tools remain ours; what we build with them for you is yours. The figures on our home page, with no names and no details, are all we will ever show of our work.
Four languages
French, Spanish, Hebrew and English. Each edition of this site is written in its language, not translated. Each mandate is led in the leader's language, with the memo and the prototype in that language.
A house without a city
We are present where our clients are, in the room on days 1, 5 and 10, and online in between. We name no headquarters because the work does not happen there. The legal notice carries the address the law requires; the house carries the work.
